I’m a third-year Civil and Environmental Engineering student, looking for a friendly (preferably also outdoorsy) person to fill a room who needs a good space to study and/or relax.

15-20 mins cycle to University/Town, 30-second walk to Gotts Park, 2 Bedroom House, Furnished, Early Victorian Style.

Ideal for 3rd years, post-grads or someone needing a nice place to live whilst working in Leeds

Quiet area next to Gotts Park with easy access to Armley and Kirkstall. The canal and cycle lanes provide good access to Headingley, Hyde Park, Leeds Centre, and Universities for anyone with a bike who would like a beautiful canal-side commute (Bicycle storage in the shed).

Kitchen - (spacious enough for 2) has a gas stove and is well kitted out. I love cooking (veggie, vegan, or meaty) and enjoy sharing meals with housemates.
Living Room - comfy sofa, dining table, and room for a desk (to come) plenty of light, and some semi-decent speakers.
One large bedroom - plenty of storage space, with a large, comfortable double wooden bed, and room for a desk (to arrive soon) (£90/week).
Slightly smaller room - double futon bed and storage (£85/week)
Bathroom - bathtub and electric shower.
Looking to transform the attic room into a snug/lounge with storage.

If you like big days in the outdoors (climbing, caving, hiking, kayaking, camping, swimming, surfing) chilled nights in (good music, good vibes, comfy sofas), and pub nights out (with an occasional big one), and are happy to commute by bike, text, call, or email me for further details/to meet up for a chat and look at the house.
