Housemate wanted for quiet Armley 2-bed

Hello there, I'm a 32 year old cook living on a quiet street in Armley in a nice 2 bed house with my housemates (a couple) and cat. My housemates will soon be leaving to go travelling, and I need a second person to cover the rent/bills.

The costs can be broken down as follows:
- Rent is £550 a month between 2 so £275 each.
- Bills are all through a Huddle contract and are £131 each a month. The internet is great.
- Council Tax is £124 a month split between two.

As for the house there's a large living room, kitchen with everything you'd need (it's quite small but okay for 2), bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine. There's also a small basement area for storage and whatnot. The room itself is the attic room, very spacious, comes with a double bed, a couple of bedside tables, a big chest of drawers, a desk and a desk chair (neither of which are very good I'm afraid). There are a few other bits of furniture dotted around too. The yard needs some work to be considered nice but there's space to relax in the sun with a beer.

As for the area, it's very quiet and relaxed. There are a couple of parks nearby, several shops and supermarkets within walking distance, and the town centre is only 30 mins away on foot (plenty of buses too).

As for me my name is Tom, I'm 32 and I work in a pub kitchen. I enjoy relaxing at home with music, video games, reading, film/TV all the usual stuff, and I'm out often enough with work and friends. The cat is a five year old black tom called Cosmo and like I say he's a good lad, spends most of his time sleeping or hanging out in the garden. He tends to get on well with other cats, and the tenancy is cat-friendly too.
