Room in cosy friendly house share with one person

Hi there my name is Natalie, and I’m looking for someone to move into the loft bedroom in a 2 bedroom house in Armley. I’m very open if you wanted to swap for the downstairs bedroom and I’ll take the loft bedroom instead.

The house is £415 with all bills included, it’s 3 stories high with the living room and kitchen being on the first floor, my bedroom and the bathroom on the second and your loft bedroom being all on the third, it’s also 1 minute walk away from a huge park, great access to local shops and a short ride to leeds city centre.
There is a lot of available parking on the street and the house has a small front garden, perfect for summer days.

You would have to be okay living with pets as I have a 1 year old cockapoo living here every 2 weeks on and off as he’s shared, he is also hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed which is great for people with allergies.

I’m a 24 year old working professional and I work full time as a waitress. I would like to live with someone who’s sociable and likes a good chat as it’ll just be the two of us (and Freddie the cockapoo) living here. I’d like to be friends too instead of just housemates, however I’m very respectful of your private space and time on your own.

The loft bedroom comes unfurnished apart from a big chest of draws, and there is wardrobe space at the bottom of the steps leading up to it, but the rest of the house is all furnished with a washing machine and everything you need. I’m welcome to the idea of moving things around and adding your furniture if needs be.
The move in date can be flexible as my house mate can move out at any time.
The landlady is really nice and accommodating and will come straight to fix any problem, the contract is for 6 months minimum and we will be in a joint tenancy.
