Looking for a short term tenant of 3 months, option to extend if mutually agreeable. Furnished room to let with single bed, wardrobe, bedisde table with lamp, and chest of drawers. Close to the city centre, close to several bus routes and local shops just a few minutes walk away.

Semi detached house with a front and back garden, conservatory,
garage and drive way. Council tax band A. Bills include water, gas, electric, Internet and sky multiroom is available at £10/month - I have the full sky package, sports, movies etc.

The room will have been neutrally decorated, having just had a brand new indow installed. A new kitchen and boiler have been installed with new front and rear doors to be fitted later this month. Also, the hall and stairs are also to be decorated this month.

I do have 2 cats, 1 is nosey, the other is very timid and hides a lot. Please take this into consideration, as I had to evict my previous tenant after he threatened one of them.
