Household:
The house is a house of four, with one en-suite room becoming available in September. Current housemates are Katie (26, PHD student) and Tamsin (24 young professional), Mairead (26 young professional). The house is friendly, relaxed and tidy. Everyone gets on well and, while we all have our own schedules, we'll often spend time together cooking, watching TV or going to the pub! We're looking for someone who is clean, friendly, social and respectful of other people's space to join the house.

- 5 min walk to local park (with Saturday morning park runs) or the canal for walking/running
- Walking distance to a range of young professional food/drinks spots inc. Project House, Galleria, Kirkstall Bridge Inn pub, North Coffee, Poco Street food, Cardigan Arms...

Bills aren't included in room prices. They are managed by the landlord and come to £105pp. This includes water, gas, electric, high speed broadband and Sky TV.
