To get into town centre you have only 20 min to walk or 10 min by driving.
The room is £400 per month with bills included and a security deposit of £125.
The rent will have to be paid at the beginning of the month.
We are looking for a female/male who is tidy and cleans after that. Plus respects and doesn't disturb the others.
We are looking for a long period not for shorts periods.
