Ghetto Penthouse!

Large airy double room available short term from mid Decmebr to mid February. Fairly spacious house, big kitchen lower ground floor, room is on the top floor, bathroom on first floor. kitchen is large and very well equipped, big fridge lots of appliances and a large table, bathroom has a bath with decent shower over.
I (Matthew) run a catering business. The other current housemate (Sam) is amusicain and theatre technician. The room is also suitable for couples but at £170 per week. The place is in a constant state of DIsarraY! currently planning to erect a workshop room in the garden. Thus, new housemate(s) must be comfortable with noise, some level of mess, and comings and goings, while at the same time tidying up after themselves and being sound! We are both pretty sociable and enjoy cooking, people often come round for dinner and so on. Join Us!
