The property is in a great neighborhood with local amenities nearby: Aldi supermarket (5-minute walk), leisure centre, and beautiful parks (Cross Flatts Park and Armley Park). The bus stop is just around the corner, with a 20-minute journey into town. The flat also offers residential parking off the street.
