Room in a creative cosy terrace

Hey I'm Bry, a professional in the creative industry with a spare room in the house that I own. The two spare rooms are nice light attic rooms, there's a choice of furnished and unfurnished so v flexible with whatever you fancy! I am currently trying my best to renovate the house and make it gorgeous, but will always be considerate with any loud/disruptive DIY.

There's plenty of basement storage space and also shared use of the spare room as I'd rather just live with one other person and keep the other room free for us both to share :)

I'm usually out at work all day so happy with someone who needs to work from home. I'm usually at the gym or with friends on evenings but love going on walks (to the pub) if you ever wanted to hang out. Happy to respect personal space but also happy to cook/watch films together anytime! I'm a pretty clean and tidy person so wouldn't mind someone who's also in that mindset

I currently live with my 2 friends who are looking to move around end of January/start of February, can deffo be flexible with dates!
