Large room in a 3 bed house

Hello - I’m looking to rent my room for 4months whilst I’ll be away travelling. The apartment is situated on the edge of Armley.

The bedroom comes with a king size bed. The bedroom has so much storage space including a wardrobe, 2 big chest of drawers, many shelf’s and a bedside table. There is also some additional storage space in the basement. The room also contains 3 mirrors and a desk chair. The desk can remain in the room if it’s needed, I use it mainly when I work from home.

Kitchen has loads of storage cupboards, dishwasher, gas hob, oven and a microwave as well as very nice large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses and cookware that we share. Washing machine is located in the basement.

There is one shared bathroom containing a bath and shower. There’s also a spare room upstairs that we use mainly for drying our laundry and for occasional guest (family visiting for the weekend etc), it could also be used as a study place as it has a desk and a chair.

The living room has two couches and a TV. All areas of the house have a homely feel and the pictures don’t do it justice.

We also have a garden with a pond and a shed, there’s also a compost bin outside. All bills included. The street has always plenty of parking spaces.

Public transport into town is around the corner. We have a nice park and a canal just walkable distance away and a leisure centre 10min away.

If you’re interested, please tell me a bit about yourself, age and working arrangements (if you’re working from home or office). I’m looking for a clean professional to replace me for the period I’m away & someone who would look after my plants haha.
