Me and one other tenant live in the two attic bedrooms already - we are very clean, tidy and friendly. We both work night shifts so the room wouldn’t suit someone who only works from home - hybrid workers will be considered.

Located close to Leeds city centre and Leeds train station, as well as lots of bus stops to get into both Leeds and Bradford easily. Armley high street and supermarkets are within walking distance.
On street parking is available but no bike storage.
