Myself and my boyfriend live part time in the two attic bedrooms and we are both clean, tidy and friendly. We both work night shifts and still spend time at other houses when we aren’t working so we won’t be around too often. However, this means the room wouldn’t suit someone that works from home as we will be sleeping during the day sometimes.

Located close to Leeds city centre and Leeds train station, as well as lots of bus stops to get into Leeds and Bradford easily. Armley high street and supermarkets are within walking distance. On street parking is available but no bike storage.
