Description
Hi everyone!
I’m moving out so I’m helping my lovely flatmate find someone new to take my room. It’s a bright, cosy two-bedroom flat in Armley with two bathrooms, a juliette balcony, and private gated parking. We’ve really made the flat feel like home over the years so its perfect for someone who wants a nice mix of calm evenings and social vibes.
The flat is well connected, with great bus routes regularly going into Leeds city centre (10–15 mins), so whether you’re working or studying, it’s super convenient.
You’ll be living with my flatmate, who’s a warm and chatty person who brings lots of energy and laughter everywhere she goes! And with her monthly wine subscription she’s always up for a gossip/chat over a glass of wine after work or study! A craft-inclined creature with her many projects adorning the living room - you may see in the photos that wonderful stag head that sits majestically bug-eyed in our living room-She made that! She’s currently doing a PGCE to become a teacher, so she will be quite busy over the coming year so ideally someone who is open-minded to this dynamic. We’re ideally looking for someone who wants to make the flat a home! A sociable, LGBT friendly, creative, or easygoing person who enjoys the odd dinner party, movie night, or craft evening would fit right in!
Now the boring -but practical part!
The flat has a secure, gated entrance, allocated parking, with an open-plan kitchen/living area, washing machine, lots of natural light, and comes fully furnished!
Rent is £410 monthly, plus bills which are roughly £85-100 plus council tax £75(Council Tax Band B)
If you’re a professional or postgrad looking for a friendly, welcoming home in a great area, this is the spot for you.
