Shared Flat For Rent

The room is a shared apartment. It consists of 3 other flatmates, all Nigerians( 2 boys and 1 Girl). It has a sitting room, dining space, and a well-spaced kitchen. It also has a back door that leads to the garden and external storage in the garden area. Tenants are very clean and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule. The property has two toilets and one bathroom.
The landlord pays Council Tax and Broadband bills, while the tenants are responsible for their energy bills, which usually do not exceed £50 per tenant monthly; however, this depends on the energy consciousness of the tenants.
