I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy here from 02/2026 -07/2026 then rolling contracts.
Current tenants Alex (32), Dante (24), Ben (33) & Orlagh (25) are all working full time. We hoping for another friendly, relaxed and tidy housemate.
The house is a large Victorian terrace which provides the following:
- repainted interior with original Victorian features retained
- large lounge with 40 inch flat screen TV, two sofas and a dining table & chairs.
- separate kitchen with lots of storage, most stuff are shared between housemates.
- Virgin Media business wifi package with <400mb of download speeds
- 5 large double bedrooms
- 2 communal bathrooms & separate toilet.
- separate communal box room for additional storage.
£500 incld bills , £250 deposit , no extra fees.
Location: many convenient bus routes to city centre (20’) , parking available. Quiet and safe area
* 12’ walk to Aldi or Lidl, 1’ to Morrison daily
* 20’ to cardigan field shopping
* 9’ walk to Armley leisure centre
The room available is a great size, on the top floor of the house & shares a bathroom with just 1 other housemate.

- large chest of drawers
- wardrobe

*the room boasts enough space for a desk should you wish to bring your own
The monthly rent includes the following:
