The property is located close to Leeds Train Station and Leeds City Centre and easy access to Bradford, with bus stops to both only a 5 minute walk away.
Armley High street with shops and a Tesco Express within walking distance (around 10 minutes) and supermarkets within a 10 minute drive or around 25 minute walk.

On street parking is available and is usually quite easy to get parked outside the house. Electric vehicle charging isn’t allowed but there are plenty of EV charging areas in the area according to Google Maps. There is no bike storage at the property either.

Currently just myself living at the property in one of the attic bedroom but there is potential for someone else to be moving into the second attic bedroom.

Rent is £525/month including Bills (council tax, gas/electricity, internet, TV license and water) payable on the 1st of each month with a £525 deposit.
