It’s a fully furnished shared room in a shared property.

Separate single bed for each person. Room is for two persons max. You are welcome to bring your roommate for share too if you have. Deposit is £100 per person. Rent is £275 per person and is inclusive of all bills. All facilities such as hot and cold water, central heating and WIFI is provided as well. Separate locks for each room so your valuables are protected even when you’re not in home.

This is a newly republished property, paints and new carpets installed. So, please I would like someone who would respect it and like cleanliness for themselves too and keep it clean and tidy. As I will perform weekly checks. Zero tolerance on cleanliness.

Room is available to move in immediately. House location is LS12 3DX
