Double bedroom in a 2-bed semi-detached house ls12

Hi, I'm looking for a housemate for my spare bedroom in a 2-bedroom house with two bathrooms over two floors, a parking space, and a big rear garden with lots of privacy as I have neighbors only on one side. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it's really quiet and peaceful.

The bedroom contains a king-size bed with a brand new quality mattress and a huge mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage space. I recently painted the walls and ceiling and changed the carpet too.

I'm a 37-year-old professional chef working mostly until late. I keep the house really clean and tidy. I do all the small repairs and cosmetic work myself, so the place is pretty sharp.
