Huge ensuite loft room in beautiful homely home

I have a huge room with en suite and lots of storage in our large Victorian house in Armley available. The room has a walk in wardrobe, a king size bed and lots of storage under the eves. When I lived here I had my office up here as well as a separate lounge area.

Myself and my husband bought the house 7 years ago and have renovated it into a beautiful home and the room available is the room that we lived in. Work has now taken us to Bristol and as we do not want to sell the house so we are renting the rooms. The house has a large kitchen, dining room and lounge as well as a garden which is great for BBQ's and a spot of gardening! We're looking for tenants who will both enjoy living in the house, its a great house for dinner parties, and who will look after it.
We already have three working professionals in the house and thus we are looking for another non-smoking working professional who will be respectful of the others in the house who work during the week and also who will be respectful to our beautiful home.
Transport for getting into town is also fantastic from our location with around 5 buses to choose from all within a few minutes walk from the front door.

The rent is £390/month including council tax, internet (bt infinity), water. Electricity and gas are divided by the people in the house but are fairly low as we have a new combi boiler. If the room is being rented to a coupe then it will be slightly more to cover the shared bills (£440/month).
