Double Room, nicely furnished...

Double Room/Studio, nice double leather bed, 3 mirror wardrobes, 2 desks, own amenities:-fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, tea making, TV, Netflix etc. wireless internet, chair and footstool central heating.
No use of sitting room or kitchen as this room has own amenities....although a cooked meal can be provided at a small cost if required.
The house is situated just off Stanningley Road (Overlooking Armley Park), excellent bus service to Leeds Centre and Bradford. There is a Tesco Express and Wilkinsons 5 minutes walk away. I am the female houseowner and have one other lodger. We are quiet people, in our 50s, 60s...friendly, but like to each keep our own space and somebody similar would be ideal. This is ideal for a professional who wants just a room and a quiet place to live. We don't smoke and a NONE smoker is a must. Although the age range says 40+ we don't mind somebody younger who is a non smoker, quiet and past the partying or bringing friends home stage.
