SHORT LET -refurbished double room in 3 bed

Hi All! Me and my housemate are looking for a third person to join our 3 bed share in Armley. Leeds. We are looking for someone just for between April 20th and May 31st (as our current house mate is leaving early) before we go our separate ways. So there is no bond or admin fee but we would like the rent paid in advance please.

We are two friendly, female 25 year olds. I am a postgraduate psychology student and I work part time in catering. My friend is a design graduate and works in health care in the hospital. We enjoy travelling, cooking for friends, cinema, drinks, good conversation, reading, camping, swimming. We also like a wild night once in a while but (unfortunately) we have passed the party 247 stage. We are sociable yet respectful of each other space and are looking for a like-minded housemate ideally between the ages of 22 and 30 but we are fairly open-minded. We are both quite house proud, clean and tidy and would like to share with someone who is willing to muck in with the house work. We are both social smokers (shamefully!) but only smoke out the kitchen door so the rest of the house is smoke free.

The house has just been completely refurbished- everything is beautiful and modern and a brand new bathroom and kitchen. It has three double bedrooms, a kitchen with breakfast bar, huge dining room with large table, a cosy living room and paved garden. The parking is on-street only, but lots of space. There is a spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower as well as downstairs toilet.

The room is a large double furnished with a large chest of draws, bedside table and mattress, bed and shelving and wardrobe.

The rent is £330pm including all bills– Internet and TV is included.

The house is located on Stanningley Road between KFC and Living World.. opposite the park.. great for good weather :) Leeds city centre is very close by- a taxi costs around £5 (walking would be about 40 minutes at a guess) or it is 5-10 minutes on the bus and the bus stop is right outside. Armley Town Street is also just 5 minutes’ walk away with lots of takeaways, pubs and shops.
