I would like to offer a furnished large double bedroom with a double bed in a very spacious and clean house close to the Leeds city center, approximately 1. 6 miles. The house is also closely located to the Gotts Park which takes less than 2 min to walk and it has tennis & basketball courts. It is also close to the River Aire and Leeds & Liverpool Canal where you could enjoy nice cycling or running routes with beautiful views. We are looking for a tidy individual, preferably a female but not essential, who would like to join our friendly and sociable house currently occupied with two full time working professionals, one female and one male, with ages from 24 to 28.

Rent is £300 per month and all inclusive, including 60 Mbps broadband, available now.
