Kitchen includes all mod cons such as integrated washer/ dishwasher/ cooker/ fridge etc. Small private front garden area with washing line and bistro set, ideal for sitting out in summer.

Rent includes ALL bills

I am the live in landlord but not there that often, staying maximum 1 night a week. If it's a new friend to socialise with probably not the ideal house! Nevertheless, if you
pretty much want the run of the house then it's perfect! ;)

Couples also welcome to rent to the at a cost of £600 pcm.
