I have a single room to let in Armley, The room is furnished, recently been decorated, warm. It is a small room hence the price, perfect for short term rent for young professionals or students. Downstairs there is open spaced living room and kitchen fully equipped, bathroom is recently refurbished clean with bathtub. All the bills included in the rent including fiber optic internet, also there is a big TV in the living room. Commuting to the city is very easy the bus stops in the end of the street 10 min journey, Armley shops are five min walk.
