We have had a room become available at our friendly and easy-going houseshare in Armley, situated just a short walk from town.

Come and see our house and your lovely new housemates Luke and James who both work as Support Workers. This has always been a home for people who are looking for someone to live with, rather than someone to have awkward conversations in the kitchen with every so often!

This is ideal for someone looking for somewhere to move into quickly with your own bathroom facilities, whilst not having to worry about who you're moving in with!
Internet, council tax, TV license and water is included in the rent; it's just electricity and gas to sort out between the 3 of you.

To describe the house - it's over 4 floors, the attic rooms are on the top floor, 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom on the 1st floor, on the ground floor there's a kitchen/ diner which has a wall mounted TV in the kitchen to watch while you cook. and a separate living room with large bay stained glass windows and a large corner sofa, and finally there is a basement where the washing machine and dryer is with plenty of room for extra storage.

There's on-street parking, we have quite a few shops nearby and a beautiful park and some questionable pubs within a 5 minute walk! There a lot of young professionals in our area of Armley, which is a short bus/ taxi ride, or a walk (about 40 minutes) to town.

I'm not a live-in landlord, I don't know how to change that option! No agency fees to pay though!
