The house is a 19 year old townhouse over 3 floors. The room available is a double room with bills included in the rent. The room has a double bed and shares the house bathroom with one other room. There is a third bedroom that is currently occupied that has its own bathroom.
The house has sky plus, wireless broadband and parking for two cars, as well as on street parking. The house also has a garage.
Downstairs consists of a lounge with an dining area, kitchen and downstairs toilet. There is a front and back garden. The house is decorated and furnished in a modern and neutral style.
The tenants currently living here are two males, both professionals who are lovely and easy to get along with, along with a household cat.
Respectful and considerate housemates are sought, and also ones that are clean and tidy - this is important as I have seen tenants made miserable by dirty / untidy housemates in the past..
The house is situated on the Armley, Bramley and Kirkstall borders, with Leeds and Headingley 10 minutes away. Kirkstall Morrisons is just round the corner with Pure Gym and the Kirkstall cinema park with restaurants and Virgin gym are 5 minutes away.
There are good bus links to the city if you don't drive. Also close by is Armley Town St which has many shops and Banks
The rent includes all bills except phone.
