Cosy double room in spacious relaxed house

nice room available, fairly spacious house, big kitchen lower ground floor, room is above on the upper ground, large custom built raised double bed, bathroom on first floor. kitchen is very well equipped, big fridge lots of appliances. Dining table for 6, bathroom has a small bath with decent shower over.
I (Matthew) am changing careers so a lot of work from home for me just now fairly chilled in the evenings, like to socialise at the weekend. The other housemate (Sam) works in town through the week. Looking for someone preferably female to have a gender balance in the house but not essential, who is relaxed but also does their dishes. I'm friendly and chatty, easy going about what you are like, if you're chatty great if you're private great. rent is 450 all in.
