Current tenant Léa (24 who is completing her PHD & working alongside) and new housemates Vee (26, professional) and Anjana (25, also professional) are looking for 1 more new, ideally female, housemate to join this lovely home and, hopefully, become great friends.

The house itself is a large 4 bed terraced house comprised over 3 floors and gives you the following:

- large lounge with 32 inch flat screen TV and two comfy sofas
- separate kitchen with lots of storage, all appliances and a dining table to provide you with space to dine together/with friends

- Virgin Media wifi/fibre optic broadband (business package with up to 350mb of download speed)
- 4 double bedrooms with all furniture, double beds & mattresses, black out blinds and grey feature walls
- all sharing a bathroom with full sized bath & shower
- free on-street parking
- there is also a basement in the house which can be used for storage.

The room available is on the first floor, and although it is one of the 2 smaller bedrooms in the house, comes with the following furniture;
- metal double bed frame (with storage underneath)
- bedside table
- large chest of drawers
- wardrobe
* with some rearrangement, it could fit a small desk if you needed one for work.

The monthly rent includes ALL bills as follows:
