Double ensuite in beautiful house with 1 housemate

Ideally looking for a female housemate. The room is a generous size double with en-suite, double bed and built in wardrobe.

The house is 5 bedroom with 2 living rooms (1 is a snug) large kitchen diner, parking and good sized sunny garden. I currently live here alone and looking to rent out only one room initially, maybe 2 at some point so plenty of space.

I work from home weekdays but have a dedicated office space for this.

I have 2 cats who spend most of their time outdoors.

I like to spend my evenings either out with friends, running, or chilling in the living room with a good tv series.
