Looking for a new roommate after my current one moves out. Room comes with a single bed but is a double room so space to upgrade, as well as a desk, chair and wardrobe. 2 minute walk to the train station and to a local bus stop in the other direction. Parking available in community car park area. 2nd floor flat, I live here with my pet cat so no other pets sadly. Also the advert might say there's two people living here currently - there isn't but it wouldn't let me pick one for some reason. Non-smokers preferred but will consider smokers so long as you don't mind opening a window.
