NO BILLS INCLUDED - But they’ve always come up really cheap - hence afford it alone! Aha. They Vary on use. Water, gas, electric, WiFi, Sky.... The usual! I would never want to over or under charge you so I’d rather we just split what we use?

I'm living in a 3 bed property all alone and there's too much space for just me... so I'm looking for a lovely housemate to join me!

Literally directly across from a HUGE Tesco Extra! I’m there almost every day ngl LOL.

The property is a 3 bed however, one is converted into an office (free for you to use too, of course)

There’s no pets, ALTHOUGH... There’s this cat I fed once and now it never goes away and sits outside the living room window ha‚ but sometimes she comes in and keeps me company.

We also have a basement, which I make no use of so... Do whatever!

I love my sleep ins as much as my job (sometimes sleep ins win, thank god for being your own boss huh? I'm not a big party person, however I do like to go out for a drink sometimes with friends, but who can say no to a few beers and a Netflix binge with junk food till we get fat and can’t move together?

You need to bare in mind, every room is quite massive‚ so plenty of space!

Fully furnished, also the mattress in your room is a bit naff, you’ll probs want a new one or one of your own. I bought it in a rush just so I could have all the rooms finished.
