Newly decorated dbl bedrooms

Hey! We’ve got one lovely room left in our cozy home, currently shared by me, Hannah (a project manager), and Erico, who works as a vet. Erico often heads back to his family in Edinburgh, so we’re ideally looking for a female housemate, or if you're a guy, one who also has a second residence. Erico is flexible about which room he stays in, so there's flexibility around the smaller or larger room (both are furnished with a dbl bed and wardrobe).

The house has been recently renovated, with 2 toilets, a large south-facing garden with a great view, and a shared living room with a large TV with Netflix and Prime. The rooms are newly furnished and decorated however, even though the kitchen is functional and well-equipped, it is still a work in progress.....the renovation works throughout the home are almost complete but some areas need a bit more polishing off.

We’re looking for someone who’s easygoing, sociable, and appreciates a clean, relaxed space. We're fairly chill during the week (we work Mon-Fri 9–5), but enjoy some fun at the weekend!
