Hey! There's one room available in this recently renovated home, The house has been recently updated and features two toilets, a spacious south-facing garden with a great view, and a shared living room with a large TV, complete with Netflix, Disney+, and Prime. The available room is newly furnished and decorated, offering a comfortable and welcoming space.

The kitchen is fully functional but it’s still a work in progress as part of the renovation. Overall, the house is kept clean and well-maintained, and as a live-in landlord, I make sure everything runs smoothly. Guests are welcome, but with consideration for everyone in the house, it’s important that the house feels like a home for everyone living here.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, sociable, and appreciates a relaxed and easygoing living space. During the week, we’re pretty chilled as we work Monday to Friday, 9-5, but enjoy some fun at the weekend!
