This apartment is super modern and has a lot of space. It has high ceilings and all the amnesties you could need. I don't have any major preferences for a roommate. All the bills and stuff is under my name so you'd just be paying what's advertised.

Both rooms are double bedrooms as advertised.
Room one is £600 p/m with it's own space and access to the rest of the apartment.
Room two is a a converted bedroom using room dividers for £550 p/m.
Deposits are as advertised.

I am currently staying in the apartment so it has all the necessary features including a washing machine and a dryer. Feel free to take a look at the photos and ask questions.

The property comes with a resident's only access pool, gym and lounge.

Bills included apart from TV licensing.
