My name is Paul, I am 49 years old. I am a professional person and live in a property in the Hanging Heaton area. WF17 6JZ
It's an old house but it's It's clean, tidy, comfortable and very homely.

There is already one very nice male tenant at the house. He is easy going and very friendly. Anyone coming would not have a problem getting along with him.

I am normally only home at weekends unless I'm not working and then I may be around during the week. I'm easy going but I like peace and quiet.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need.

I have one small double bedroom to let, it's clean and tidy and shares a Shower room with myself. I ask that tenants respect the house and the neighbours, keeps it clean and tidy at all times (clean as you go policy) and not to make too much noise.
