Short term double room en-suite

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy until the end of June. Can move in any date, but the end of a month would be better before the next month is due.

Only available until end of June this year so would suit someone visiting the city or looking for temp accommodation.

Double bedroom with en-suite.
Has lock on bedroom door.
Comes with double bed, wardrobe and desk.
There will be blinds for the windows - the curtains are mine but happy to keep them here at the cost of them (they were brand new in Oct).
2 male tenants and 1 female here until the end of June. All friendly tenants.
2 spare rooms.
Shared kitchen and living room, which is open plan on the second floor. Plenty of space for your own kitchen things.
Full broadband coverage.
Gas central heating in bedroom and bathroom.
Close to train stations and bus routes into the city.
Close to bars (when they are allowed to open).
Many takeaways and restaurants locally with Sainsbury’s local.
Close to a park for those who enjoy outdoor exercising.
