Looking for for a home, not just a house? Large Do

Big double (furnished) in newly renovated and decorated house in Beeston. Three bedroom (main bedroom up for grabs) to share with Roisin and Felicity - I'm Felicity, the half in/half out owner (I work away a lot so am often not there which means I am looking for someone who will love and look after our home).
Available from end mid/late feb on a three month minimum (shorter term considered), the house has a garden, large living room and separate kitchen, three bedrooms, garage and off street parking, newly renovated bathroom. About twenty mins door to door to central Leeds by bus, supermarkets and Cross Flatt'ls park an easy stroll away. No pets I'm afraid, and no smoking in the house. Rent includes internet, utilities, council tax, water, TV license. We would like someone who will treat this as their home - keep it clean, Make it nice for the others, take pride in the place we live :)
