I have double bedroom to rent from beggining of April. House is situated in Beeston, on quiet street near St. Luke's church. There is on street parking available. Bus stop is just 2 mins away where you can be in town in less than 10 min. Train station is 20 mins walk, door to door. There are many shops near by, 5 mins by car: Aldi, Asda, Lidl, Morrisons. Pure Gym and council swimming pool are close by too.
I am looking for a lodger that is working, respectful and likes cats (as I have one) I am open minded and I would like to live with someone who shares those values too. I would consider small pets but deposit would be slightly higher depending on the pet.
There is plenty of storage in the cellar if needed.
