Ideally located, the flat is newly decorated, and has a brand new kitchen and bathroom, and located on 2 direct bus routes into the city centre.
Close to both a Co-op and an ASDA, as well as a doctors surgery and a pharmacist, and the White Rose Shopping Centre.
Permit parking at the property is available if you have a car

Price offered is inclusive of all bills and council tax. No pets or smoking in the property unfortunately.
