Rooms & Bedsits in LS11 and LS7 from 260-360pm

We have some rooms and bedsits between 260-360GBP/pm. all inc. available in few different share houses all over the Leeds, mainly in LS11 (Beeston) and LS7 (Chapel Town) areas.

Also we have 1 room left in female-only house in LS11.

You get:
- Basic furnishings, even tho You might not be able to see it on pictures, but we can bring You any basic furniture like bed, drawers etc, if You don't have Your's once You decide to move in.
- All bills are included!! In most houses, even internet!
- Nicely and mainly brand newly renovated houses with quality rooms!
- We are flexible and can move You between different houses all over Leeds if You'd like to, so if You find a job in Harehills or Holbeck and it's better for You to live there just let us know and we can switch the house for You!
- Currently available houses are all near bus stops and are close to the city centre.
-We are cool people that don't mind pets or smokers as long as you don't smoke in common areas and if other tenants are cool with it.
