Description
Furnished attic room available in my home. I'm a live in landlady and I'm looking for a short term lodger lodger. Part time (mon-fri) considered for longer depending on circumstances. Unfortuantely not suitable for couples and no overnight guests will be allowed.
I prefer Lodgers who care about the environment and recycling and doing their bit around the house as it's a big house...
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, plates, glasses, cutlery etc no need to bring much/anything.
The house is large with 2 reception rooms, a basement storage/hobby room, utility. Whf is possible but please discuss this with me.
On street parking, no permits required.
All bills included, fast Virgin Media Broadband, council tax, TV licence. The rent has recently gone up to reflect energy price hikes but its not guaranteed it will be fixed, if the energy goes up again rent will go up. A usual amount/useage of bill prices are included, if usage increases the rent will be adjusted.
We enjoy music and gigs, socialising, cooking, a good glass of wine, running/yoga/walking.
Plenty of shops within a 5 min walk or cycle. 5 mins drive to White Rose Centre, John Charles Centre and Elland Road.
12 mins drive/taxi to the train station/town or. 20 minute cycle/ bus from the end of the road.
I would say the ideal location for someone working outside of Leeds as well as needing access to town i. e Manchester/Wakefield/Bradford as good access to m62/m1.
