We have a beautiful fully
furnished double room available in Beeston within close proximity to local amenities and with the M621 motorway just minutes away. Aldi, Sainsburys, and Morrissons supermarkets are all close by. It's a 40 minute walk to Leeds train station or less than 20 minutes by bus. The house has been refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, and decorating throughout. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and an american style fridge freezer so plenty of space for food! It's less than 5 minutes drive to the White Rose Shopping Centre which has a great selection of restaurants and a cinema. There's a PureGym also very close by.

The available bedroom benefits from blackout blinds, a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, dressing table, and a bedside table. The room also has its own small walk in/under stairs wardrobe. The bedroom available is situated on the first floor of the property and there isn’t anyone else on that floor. There is plenty off on street parking just outside. On the first floor is this bedroom, a spare bedroom that I don’t let out, and a bathroom with bath and rainfall shower. The other housemate has their own room and en-suite on the second floor.

The rent is inclusive of all bills. The property is privately owned and therefore no admin fees.
