This is a unique situation. I am currently a serving member in the armed forces. Therefore in the week i work away so the house would be entirely yours Monday-Friday. Ideally i am looking for a professional who is in a similar situation to myself and will respect the property in the week whilst i am away. The double room is newly refurbished and very spacious, I’m just waiting on a new wardrobe for the room now. The property has a gated drive and a garden both front and back. I'm hoping the real seller is the fact that you'll have free reign within the property Mon-Fri. The property is very close to the centre of Leeds and has great local amenities.
