From October I will be moving to London, so you will have the house mostly to yourself.

I am a live-in landlord looking to rent out my spare double room upstairs. In October, I will be moving to London and will be commuting back to Leeds for work. I will only be in the house on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, so you will have the house mostly to yourself. I’m looking for a lodger that is clean, tidy, and happy to maintain the current high standard of cleanliness.

- The House
The house is on a quiet residential street. I personally know all the neighbours and they are all lovely. The house has a nice shared dining area, a modern well kept kitchen and a nice bathroom upstairs. All facilities are shared, except the bedroom. There is on-street parking. The carpet across the whole house is brand new, and most rooms are recently decorated. The house also comes with a large carpeted basement, which is excellent for storage, hobbies or exercise. The house is smoke and pet free.

- Your Room
The spacious double room is modernly decorated. The picture shows the room furnished with the current tenants items, however I will be providing the room with a new set of drawers, a bed, desk and chair. The room has a victorian-era wall, which has a modern distressed look.

- Bills
Council tax, gas, electricity, water and Virgin broadband are included in the rental price.

- Area
The room is in a house share in Beeston. Only 15 minutes to Leeds station on the bus, and less than 10 minutes in a car or by bike. The area has very good public transport links, with buses to town less than every 10 minutes. It is only 8 minutes walk to Asda Beeston Supermarket - ideally located for all major transport links, offering a range of local amenities and a community feel.
