Private room available in Beeston

Hello,
I have a double room available in Beeston, and I'm open to both students and professionals. The house features two bedrooms, a living room, a garden, a kitchen, and a bathroom. There's also parking space available.

I currently occupy the single room, so the only other available option is the double room. The bathroom is located adjacent to the double room. I'm willing to accommodate short-term stays, and all bills are included.

The city center is just 7 to 10 minutes away by bus, with buses arriving every 2 minutes. There's a park next to my house, and Aldi, Tesco, and Asda are only a 5-minute walk away. The White Rose Shopping Mall is a convenient 10-minute walk from my home.

I also have gym equipment available for anyone interested in sharing. I'm specifically looking for clean and tidy individuals. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
