My partner and I are looking for a new housemate to join us in my 2 bed house as our current housemate is sadly leaving.
The room is a bright south-facing double room with loads of storage built into the walls - almost a walk in wardrobe.
I've had the property since March 2022 and have renovated it myself.
There is a small garden at the front of the property, and a large garden at the rear with fruit trees, berries, raised beds and a patio area. We try to grow some food in the beds most years too - help is always appreciated if you're a keen gardener.
Alongside the garden is a garage outhouse building, divided into an office, gym and workshop space - my partner and I both work from home in the office during the week.
The little gym space is great to do some yoga and has a fingerboard, rings and some weights.
We climb a couple of evenings a week and on weekends (when it's not raining) so if you're a climber feel free to join us whenever.
The house has off street parking on a private drive for 2 vehicles and space for 1 more vehicle to park on the drive of the house next door.
The rent includes all bills except the electricity/gas, currently, this has been working out to around £20-70 each, depending on the season.

Preferably we are looking for someone who is somewhat social, and into climbing / surfing / running / gardening / cooking etc and likes to play boardgames and cook communally from time to time.
