We’re looking for a tidy, friendly housemate who enjoys a relaxed, calm home (someone who doesn’t work from home is ideal).

We’re a laid-back household — we enjoy catching up over dinner or a cup of coffee each day, but mostly we appreciate a calm, quiet, comfortable space to unwind and recharge.
Perks:
• If you’re lucky, you might even get a trim while John brews the perfect cup of coffee — a little treat without leaving the house!
Location & Extras:
• 25-min walk to Leeds station, or a quick bus stop right outside
• Rent includes council tax, bills, and internet
• Short-term lets: £170 per week
• Everyone pitches in a little to keep the house comfy and welcoming
