Single room - must like cats

I have a single room available on Town Street, Beeston. It's an end of terrace house with well equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower and small shared living room. You will be sharing the house with me and my five cats. Must be okay with cats being upstairs in the night, otherwise they would go crazy. The house is close to the number 24 bus route, motorways and there's a an Asda nearby. There's also a bowling club behind me with a popular pub. Elland Road and the White Rose are in walking distance. Fast broadband is available and the room has a TV with a Roku streaming stick. There is a garden to the back There's a sheltered area to the back where bicycles can be stored.
