Large double room

Large double room available to rent in Beeston, close to Dewsbury road and Cross Flatts park. Room has a view of the park, it is unfurnished, however there is a wardrobe and tv stand available for use. There is no shared living area, rent covers the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. I am a friendly person, you will mostly find me relaxing in my own room in an evening. I enjoy company but also value time alone and will not disturb a tenant while they live here.
