The kitchen has a washing machine, large fridge and separate freezer and lots of storage space. It also serves as a dining area as there is a table and chairs also. It has a large basement that is good for storage, gym equipment etc.

There is a small patio area at the back of the house which is nice to sit out when the sun is shining.

Its close to the city centre (10 mins by bus) and close to motorway links. Plenty of on street parking and near to the local shops.

This is a lovely house with spacious rooms and there is WiFi throughout and a wired connection direct to the router for fast connection speeds in the room.
