Lovely Double Room - Friendly Professionals

A Lovely double attic room in a friendly professional shared house. The house is modern and kept very clean and tidy. There is a shared lounge and kitchen, both of which are spacious and homely. A cleaner comes every other week.

The lounge has a TV with freeview, comfy sofas. The kitchen has a washing machine, large fridge freezer and lots of storage space.

This is a lovely house with spacious rooms. It has a large basement that is good for storage etc, also there is WiFi throughout the house.

There is a paved garden area at the back which is nice to sit out when the sun is shining.

Its close to the city centre (10 mins by bus) and close to motorway links. Plenty of on street parking and near to the local shops and amenities.

I'm looking for professional people who like to keep the place clean and tidy.
