Room to rent with all bills included

Hello There,

I currently have a spare room to rent in a lovely two bed room property in Beeston.
It's a 20 minute walk to town or a few minutes on the bus. Shops/ local conveniences are all two minutes round the corner.
It's a double room, south facing with a very large window. There is a double bed with mattress, bed side draw and hanging cupboard.
As well as the room there is a sizeable storage space next to the room and also a basement which can also be used for storage.

I'm 24, have a girlfriend (who doesn't live here but visits once a week and we keep ourselves to ourselves), work in construction design and occasionally pull some bar shifts at the weekend because I love making cocktails.

I'm not too fussed about who moves in, as long as we can get along and share a glass (or bottle) of wine.
I've been house sharing for 6 years now and I understand that it's all about give and take... We all have crap days, come home and leave our bags in the living room and dirty plates in the sink...

The rent is all inclusive of Gas/ Water/ council tax/ electricity/ breathable air and my smiling face!
